Occupational Safety and Health

Workplace safety, hygiene, and employee well-being sit side by side as priorities in food and beverage manufacturing, where production-line safety and food-safety discipline both depend on the same underlying culture of care. The association supports its members in building strong safety practice by offering guidelines, training, and advisory support for implementing occupational safety standards across production and packaging lines. Best practices are shared across the network through regular workshops, expert sessions, and peer learning. In cooperation with members, the association helps assess workplace risks, prevent accidents, and strengthen safety awareness among production staff. Beyond physical safety, attention is also given to employees’ mental health and overall well-being, with workplace health promotion supported and practical solutions shared to build a safe and motivating work environment. The objective is to help members ensure that every employee in the food and beverage sector goes home from work as healthy as they arrived.
