Understanding the Trust Badge

The trust mark identifies a company as part of the WAMCA network, through its FBIA membership. WAMCA is developing the standards behind it, with the association and its members (quality management, delivery reliability, ethical business practices, and transparency in customer relations across food and beverage manufacturing) and will publish confirmed criteria once they exist. Until then, the mark records membership, not a completed assessment, and it is not a food safety certification.

What it covers

A membership mark. It is not a food safety certification, and we say so rather than let the badge imply one.
